Shipping to a Packstation: Shipping to a DHL Packstation is possible. Please fill out the fields as follows: In the "Street" field, the text "Packstation" must appear, followed directly by the number of the Packstation. The postal code must be entered in the additional address field (apartment, room, etc.).
Change of address: Address changes are only possible for a short time after the order has been placed. Please contact our customer service at info@time-finity.de.
Cancellation: Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or cancelled prior to delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure on-time delivery.
Why was my payment declined?
This may have the following reasons:
1. Your card information is incorrect. Please check the expiration date, billing address and security code (security code on the back of your Visa/Master card).
2. The card issuing bank has declined your payment.
3. There is not enough credit on the card.
4. The delivery address and the billing address do not match.
If possible, we recommend that you try paying with PayPal or other supported payment methods.
